The Haitian Diaspora Funds for Real Estate Development LLC wants to invest in the development of a real estate industry in Haiti, to meet the immense need for residential, commercial, social, functional and safe buildings of our compatriots both in the country and in the Diaspora.
The Fund wants to build neighborhoods/blocks in the provinces with aligned apartment buildings of 6 to 10 floors in the middle; on one side a shopping center with dozens of rooms (of different sizes) to rent and on the other side spaces for school, health center, church, recreation (park, playground, etc.)
To build these neighborhoods,
Haitian Diaspora Funds creates its website which facilitates access to information and investment for the public. She promotes it on social networks, churches, radios, distributes flyers, etc. to inform as much as possible the Haitian diaspora from different foreign countries of the possibility that they now have to invest to prepare their return to the country in a more guaranteed manner and in much better conditions than when they did it individually.
With this fund, the company will establish a reliable and sustainable implementation strategy which will consist of:
Implementation schedule for the first 5 years
Installation of sand factories in the intervention departments,
Establishment of one or two cement factories,
Establish at least one professional training center in construction trades per department of intervention
Creation of a security company to protect construction sites
Assembly of technical and work teams during construction.
Establishment of a neighborhood management office which will take care of everything else: tenant registration, maintenance, rent collection, security, sanitation, monthly or quarterly management reports, etc.
Finally, the board of directors supervises, sends controllers to carry out audits, distributes dividends to partners annually, etc.

5 to 40% price reduction in the purchase of an apartment (condominium) depending on the level of investment of a partner in percentage terms.
Reduction of 5 to 40% in prices when leasing an apartment depending on the level of investment of a partner in percentage terms.
Reduction of 5 to 40% of prices in leasing a commercial space depending on the level of investment of a partner in percentage terms.
Perception of revenue annually according to the profits made over the year and according to the level of investment of a partner in percentage terms.
